Charming stay, but noisy nights

The spacious family suite was well-appointed with bright decor and a cozy atmosphere that hit like home. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and fantastic dinner recommendations.

Unfortunately, we encountered significant noise from the busy main road outside. Ice trays were not provided for our drinks, inconvenient.

I woudl have given this place a rave review if i hadn't been assigned a room right on a busy main road, loudly interrupting my peaceful sleep. Who thought metal furniture woudl ve been a cozy choice? No ice trays in the room? Really? Just expected something special for my stay, but that was apparently too much to ask.
